Return Policy

  • ALL Allure Couture’s items are NON-REFUNDABLE, NO EXCEPTIONS, howeverif you are dissatisfied with your purchase item we are more than happy to provide you with an exchange or store credit, (MINUS THE SHIPPING COST).
  • To Initiate a return please follow the return policy below: Please read and follow the return policy carefully, if a return is not eligible, it will be returned to you at your cost.
  • Allure Couture Inc. accepts returns postmarked 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Upon your receipt (post marked delivery date )  of the items received, please review them, if you are not happy, please contact us immediately  @ shopallurecoutureinc@gmail.comto request information for a return/exchange. In the subject line, please indicate “Return/Exchange”.
  • If you item is eligible for a return/exchange you will be provided with a shipping address to return the items. Shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.  Please make sure you are using a proper way to track your package. Missed or lost packages are not the responsibility of Allure Couture Inc. and a store credit or exchange will not be accepted.
  • Once we receive your return, please allow 5- 7 days for your return to be processed and inspected.
  •  If your item is accepted for a return you will receive an email confirmation.
  • Store credit can not be combined with any promotional code

  • Items that appear to be worn, have been washed, have makeup, deodorant stains. Tags have been removed or tampered with WILL NOT be accepted for store credit or exchange. Your items will be rejected, and you will be required to pay a reshipping fee to receive your merchandise back.
